Since you kept asking, here’s my honest opinion based on my experience. If a customer hasn’t responded after a couple of requests, they likely won’t. Continuing to press may just annoy them.

Purchased this family edition for post-dinner entertainment during Christmas. It’s amazing! It's hilarious how one team can almost guess the phrase without realizing it, which is what makes it entertaining for the opposing team. Ingenious game that everyone in the family enjoys, and we've just ordered the holiday expansion pack as well!
I ordered two copies of the game, one for myself and one for my sibling, based on its promise of being hilarious. Unfortunately, after playing it last weekend, I was quite disappointed and reached out to the company regarding returning my unopened game.
