Living in NYC from California, don't quite understand the way NYS has rolled this Medical & Recreational Joint, as if its the first State to legalize Reefer Madness.But I digress, had to renew my certification with Noreen Mulvanerty out in Rockaways, but its all virtual and thru the app, so i never had to leave my house.
