Customer service is completely unresponsive and lacking

The company's customer service is entirely unresponsive and there's no way to reach anyone directly. I submitted my renewal and certification back in October, only to discover that neither the company nor their representative submitted the necessary documents to the state. Now, a week past the expiration date, I'm still left without a resolution. I was assured that there would be no delays or issues with the service for my medical card renewal. The state has informed me that even if this is resolved soon, it could take an additional 21 days to receive my updated renewal card. I'm currently unable to get my prescriptions due to the company's negligence.
