Having read numerous reviews about incompetence and bias favoring large corporations, I approached the process with low expectations. Unsurprisingly, the ruling favored the corporation. The entire experience felt scripted, with corporate lawyers putting in minimal effort. The arbitrator's online reviews matched my experience, as it seemed he did not properly review the evidence. This is not a venue for justice, and the responses to negative reviews are generic and unhelpful. I hope to warn others to avoid this route, as fair evaluations are unlikely.
