I,m not one to write reviews but there seems to be a re-occuring theme in relation to problems with their doors etc & the negative dismissive response you get from them when you highlight a part from their door that has broken ie handle ! Maybe Im naive and a handle of a front door that you have Páid extra for has been over used after 2 yrs.Im happy for the people who have not had any issues of yet, but please dont hold your breath if you do..Issue not resolved yet as I,m currently seeking advice from relevant proffesionals on how to proceed with thus issue ...Says alot when a company does not take responsibility and ownership of a faulty product.
