Brilliant experience purchasing windows and doors with Fairco. Susan and Dean were excellent advisers on style and finishings. Noel and Victor the installation team were a pleasure to deal with. Efficient and helpful and explained the process as soon as they arrived. Tidied up when finished and went through all the window lockings. Cannot recommend Fairco highly enough.

A fantastic customer service experience for my dad from the moment we phoned Susan was extremely helpful and so kind to my father. Paul in sales came out so promptly to do measurement and guide us through the choices of windows and doors, he also manages to get installation before Christmas and they heat in the house was minimal due to old windows.On the day two lovely fitters Willie and Noel arrived on time and were super fast over the two days in getting the job done. overall we are very happy with the service and would highly recommend Fairco
