Bad. Bad. Bad. We simply contacted them to set up a appointment for someone to come quote for our house. We have no idea what the difference in price is between all the types and thus we wanted a quote. Simple right! They refused to send anyone to quote until we had chosen the type and colour. Talk about not understanding customers. Hummmm lads put the prices up online and then maybe your customers can bow and beg for a quote. Shows a very poor culture of customer service and they were eliminated from even consideration before they even quoted for the work.
