I ordered a pair of boots, and when they arrived, one had noticeable creasing in the lining with large air bubbles and scratches on the leather. I promptly returned them and contacted customer support, who informed me they would check a second pair for defects before sending. Unfortunately, the second pair arrived with the same issues of air bubbles and severe creases in the lining. I returned them again along with an email to customer support. I received a dismissive reply from a customer service manager, who insulted my intelligence by saying the leather needs to move to be flexible, without acknowledging that the boots were defective. This is definitely not the high-end luxury product that the company claims. I couldn't upload photos to support my case.
