I was looking for some time for good coat. Since I live in USA we have a lot of different famous brands. I tried many, but it looked like a robe on me. I wanted something classy and stylis. Suddenly Fairfax and favor appeared on my Facebook. I spend couple days in learning about this brand, reading reviews, since it was my first purchase from this brand.
When coat arrived, I was very surprised with great quality and how it fits!
Great service, stylish and quality clothes. Absolutely worth it's money

Disappointing Boot Quality

I ordered a pair of boots, and upon arrival, one had significant creasing in the lining with noticeable air bubbles and scratches on the leather. I returned them immediately and reached out to customer support, who assured me they would check a second pair for defects before sending them out. Unfortunately, the second pair also arrived with air bubbles and severe creases in the lining, leading to another return along with an email to customer support. I received a dismissive response from a customer service manager, who insulted my intelligence by stating that the leather needs some movement to be flexible, failing to acknowledge that the boots were faulty. This is certainly not the high-end luxury product as claimed by the company. I was unable to upload photos to substantiate my claims.

TWO PAIRS OF DEFECTIVE BOOTS

Faulty Boots Received Multiple Times

After visiting the store and being told they had a pair of boots in my size, I found them damaged upon arrival. I ordered a pair for delivery, which were also faulty, resulting in four pairs of defective boots received. I was assured the last pair would be quality checked, but it arrived with creased linings and a dirt mark. I have requested a refund after being disappointed with the quality. For over £400, the standards just aren't there. The staff on the phone apologize but take no action. They've sent a small store credit, but I am hesitant to spend more money there. Such a pity, as the boots are beautiful apart from the lining issues.

Mixed Feelings About the Company

I have no issues with the company itself, but I inquired about specific measurements for the boots. I was told they would fit up to a 42cm calf, and since mine is just under 40cm, they should have fit comfortably. However, they did not. The measurements provided seem inaccurate, as they don't account for the tongue of the boot needing to cover the front of the leg when laces are loosened. Now I have to return them. They are stunning boots, but the fit is not accurate, and the shoe size feels tight, about half a size smaller than expected. I wish I could leave a review on the product page, so I'm sharing my thoughts here for others considering these boots.
