I paid £800 for a two-night stay at this hotel, but the main shower barely functioned with weak flow. The breakfast on the first day was decent, but on the second day, I waited ten minutes for a pot of tea, which arrived after I'd finished my meal. I had to ask twice for it. I chose to pay in installments because I couldn't afford the full amount upfront, but when I asked if I could do this again, I was told no. There seems to be mixed messages from management, which is disappointing as it feels like they are turning away business or perhaps I don't fit their preferred clientele.
