It appears that the company is struggling with growth. There's little point in having the touted extended warranty if no one responds to your inquiries for weeks or even months. Calling isn't an option, and I've been ignored everywhere. The quality of support is far below acceptable; they simply do not listen. My family has four of these devices. They work fine until you face even a minor issue, and then you're left on your own. As an update, I created a support case a month ago, and I still see no progress. I'll update this review once my support ticket is resolved.
