The concept is fantastic. The phone looks impressive, and you feel good about supporting positive change. However, this is the fifth device we've had in our home. Under a year old, it's had ongoing call and battery charging issues, and the warranty process is frustratingly circular. Nearly all our devices have faced similar issues, and repairs often require sending them overseas, leading to further complications (we've had non-functioning devices returned as 'working'). I attempted to buy a USB-C cable during a sale to fix my current phone. The website was uncooperative, and the checkout process was a hassle. It's disappointing dealing with a company that seems to profit from such cycles, and after years of hoping for improvement, we’re still struggling with repairs we shouldn't need. Enough. Edited to add: The company's response about not finding our case highlights the ongoing frustration; we must surely be in their system! 🤔
