Ordered a 6m tree, lights and extension in January 2023 on behalf of a village. Unfortunately I didn't receive the 2nd box (box 2 of 2) which contained the most expensive element, the lights. I Unfortunately didn't realise this until late November when I got the box out with the intention of putting the tree up in the village green.Yes this was an oversight on my part as I should have been more diligent, however, after several email exchanges apparently there was nothing at all fairybell could do, so I've had to spend another £350 plus to get a new set of lights, no discount offered, no enquiry, nothing.Good product, but I think the customer service side of things could be better considering I was initially messed around a little in January with delivery too, resulting in my oversight.2nd delivery in Dec 23 was good and speedy, only took 4 days, just annoyed that there was no decent after service or good will gesture etc.
