I ordered a tree on 24th Nov, but the tracking has been terrible with no updates at all. It's now 3rd Dec and still no tree. Very poor service; it's better to buy a tree from another seller. I won't purchase from this company again. They're not doing their business any favors.
I placed an order on Friday, 21st Nov, and it wasn't processed until Monday, 24th. Now it's Dec 3rd and I'm still waiting. There's no tracking available; one moment it says a label was created, then nothing! This is not acceptable service. I've ordered two items and have received nothing.

I ordered £785 worth of goods 9 days ago and there's no sign of my order. Tracking indicates it was dispatched 4 days ago, but there have been no updates since. It's misleading to have a UK web address while actually shipping from Europe. Avoid this site if you want your decorations in time for Christmas!
I bought a 6m tree in Dec 2023, which looks great but comes with awful customer service. I tried to inquire about spare parts in Dec and received no response until I followed up in Jan. Additionally, I discovered broken LEDs in three segments but faced challenges with the warranty process. The responses were unprofessional and unsatisfactory. My plans to use it for an upcoming event are now ruined. The product is nice, but the service is severely lacking.
I purchased the 8 meter tree with a flagpole, which was quite an expensive investment. Even after following the installation instructions, the flagpole snapped during windy weather. Although I ordered a replacement, it's frustrating to have to remove the tree whenever the wind picks up. The pole feels too flimsy despite how beautiful the tree looks when lit.
I placed an order on Monday for over £600, clearly stating it was for an event that needed to arrive by Friday. Now it's Wednesday night, and it hasn't been dispatched. My last three emails have gone unanswered. This service is unacceptable, and I will be starting a chargeback against this uncommunicative company.
We were excited about the tree, which has a unique design, but it malfunctioned right out of the box and customer support was non-existent. We reached out several times for assistance without any response. For the price of US$529, it should work reliably for years, and there should be support available for issues. We're left with a malfunctioning tree and limited use. I'd recommend avoiding this company until they resolve their customer service issues.
