The original 8 into 1 connector for our village Fairybell tree were misplaced. I went on the company website and ordered a replacement set. The set that arrived had a different screw fitting, the parts list did not show any different designs. I emailed the company for advice. . I have not received any correspondence other than this survey. Fairybell have now offered a replacement and an explanation of the design change, thank you Fairybell and Trust Pilot.
