I wish I could rate them with zero stars. What used to be a trusted company has significantly declined, and it's astounding they are still operating. On November 17th, they claimed my refund was on the way, but I purchased the item in early to mid-October and still no refund. Their customer service is terrible; they just repeat themselves, and I'm convinced it's an AI responding. To be fair, I mentioned before that I wouldn't use them again, but this is the third time I've encountered issues with their service. The wait for refunds is completely unacceptable! They also outsource their products, as they seem unable to generate their own revenue anymore. I had an issue with one of the brands regarding a refund. A year ago, I contacted them, and while they got involved, their service has only worsened since then. This time, I am stating I will never use them again, as waiting for my own money from such a large company is utterly shocking. It won't be long before they face bankruptcy. Didn't they experience this once before? A truly unethical business that disregards the quality of service it provides and its customers. I cannot support businesses like this and will avoid this company at all costs.
