After a month no order no contact it’s now 4march and given 15 pounds to spend online with them lol to be treated like dirt we pay there wages can’t even call take you each and leave you I have got bank to get my cash back and advice everyone to not let these cowboys take your money deal legal advice boyycot don’t use them don’t do nothing fight they have e mails me saying 6 march now saying longer taking longer you can get refund by any company same day you have contract with them they break that contract due them

Avoid this unreliable seller at all costs

I strongly advise against shopping with this unreliable seller. The T-shirt I ordered was never dispatched, and although a refund was promised, it never materialized. After numerous emails and three weeks of waiting, I had to initiate a chargeback through my bank, which was straightforward and resolved within thirty minutes. I’ve seen many reviews indicating similar problems, so I encourage everyone to contact their banks and prevent this dishonest company from taking your money. I will never spend my money here again, and I also recommend steering clear of their affiliated brands, as they share the same customer service team that deflects with false promises.

A once reliable company has severely declined.

It's disappointing to see a once reputable company fall so far. They announced my refund was on its way on November 17th, despite my purchase being made in early to mid-October. I'm still waiting for it. Their customer service is frustrating; the responses feel robotic, likely automated. I previously vowed not to use them again after past issues, yet here I am, facing more problems for the third time. The delay in processing refunds is unacceptable. They seem to rely on outsourcing, struggling to maintain their own revenue. I had a previous issue with one of their brands regarding a refund, and although I reached out to them a year ago, their service has only worsened since then. This time, I am determined to avoid them altogether. Waiting this long for a refund from such a large company is utterly shocking. It seems inevitable that they might face serious financial trouble soon, considering their past. This business lacks ethics and fails to appreciate its customers. I can't support companies that operate this way, and I will no longer spend my money here. From now on, I will steer clear of this company.

I wish I could give no stars.

I wish I could rate them with zero stars. What used to be a trusted company has significantly declined, and it's astounding they are still operating. On November 17th, they claimed my refund was on the way, but I purchased the item in early to mid-October and still no refund. Their customer service is terrible; they just repeat themselves, and I'm convinced it's an AI responding. To be fair, I mentioned before that I wouldn't use them again, but this is the third time I've encountered issues with their service. The wait for refunds is completely unacceptable! They also outsource their products, as they seem unable to generate their own revenue anymore. I had an issue with one of the brands regarding a refund. A year ago, I contacted them, and while they got involved, their service has only worsened since then. This time, I am stating I will never use them again, as waiting for my own money from such a large company is utterly shocking. It won't be long before they face bankruptcy. Didn't they experience this once before? A truly unethical business that disregards the quality of service it provides and its customers. I cannot support businesses like this and will avoid this company at all costs.

Bed Order Mistake

I ordered a bed, but mistakenly ended up ordering two. I tried various ways to contact them to cancel one order, but had no success. When the order arrived, the courier brought both, and I explained the situation, so he only unloaded one. After assembling the bed, I discovered two faults: one in the headboard and a hole in the mattress. I attempted to reach out again but received no response. I've paid for two beds but am left with a faulty one that appeared to have been stored in a warehouse for a long time, as the packaging was dirty. I will never deal with them again.

Confusing pricing on makeup brushes.

I intended to buy a set of makeup brushes on sale for £10.61, but when I went to purchase, the price exceeded £16.00. I'm unsure where the additional charges came from. After reading reviews and considering my experience, I won't be buying from them again.

I purchased two items from their website. One was a kettle, which started leaking from the handle after just six months of occasional use. I'm very disappointed with the product quality. Their customer service is nonexistent, as I received no reply even after a week.

Mistaken Order Experience

I accidentally ordered an item and wanted to see if I could cancel it before it was dispatched. I reached out, but received a very curt response from a bot on their messaging service. It claimed a customer service agent would contact me, but I have yet to hear back. While I was relaxed about the mistake, I'm unhappy with the lack of communication. Terrible experience with returns and customer service.

The customer service regarding returns is extremely poor. The returns process is tedious and not straightforward, especially when attempting to return items. Some products were of poor quality and did not fit well. I tried to use the feedback link they provided, but it didn't work. I will not be ordering from them again.
