I ordered five aftershave gift sets that arrived on time, but they were all in a plastic bag with no protective packaging, no bubble wrap, nothing. The individual sets lacked seals and proper wrapping, which is concerning. Four of the sets arrived damaged and cannot be given as gifts. I contacted them via messaging about the damaged goods, and while I received a quick response, I’m unsure if it was automated. They claimed an agent would reach out soon, but it’s now been over a day with no follow-up. I have also emailed their customer service and received an automated reply stating someone will be in touch in 3-5 days. If I don't hear back by the deadline, I will seek advice from consumer protection services.
