I previously vowed not to use them again after past issues, yet here I am, facing more problems for the third time. The delay in processing refunds is unacceptable. They seem to rely on outsourcing, struggling to maintain their own revenue. I had a previous issue with one of their brands regarding a refund, and although I reached out to them a year ago, their service has only worsened since then. This time, I am determined to avoid them altogether. Waiting this long for a refund from such a large company is utterly shocking. It seems inevitable that they might face serious financial trouble soon, considering their past. This business lacks ethics and fails to appreciate its customers. I can't support companies that operate this way, and I will no longer spend my money here. From now on, I will steer clear of this company.
