TERRIBLE!! THE PRODUCT IS SO CHEAP. I bought for $27 few days after ordering I checked my account and they actually charged me about $8 more. They keep trying to convince me not to return the item without even giving me the information to return it. It’s only been a few days since i received it I’ve been messaging them ALL DAY annd they ignored me for hours and I know it because I messaged them off of my other email and they responded multiple times. They won’t give me a “hassle free return” like their website says. It’s been hell so I had to file a dispute with my bank and report them! Keep in mind I’ve responded every time saying I want to return it I don’t care the shipping cost I want my money back and what’s the address?Messages from ‘customer service’ below;“If you would like to return, the shipping fee may be very expensive to you.So how about we refund you 3USD as compensation and you keep the products?”(after paying $35 they offer me $3!! What an insult)“We feel so sorry for your situation.We can understand your demand for return and refund, but our rule is that if you want to return the goods, you must pay the postage. Our return warehouse is in China, so I sincerely suggest you keep this product and accept our compensation. Because the postage is really not cost-effective.”“Our products do not meet your purchase expectationsWe are deeply sorryBut our products are not wrongSo we can only give you so much compensationIf you insist on returning, you will bear the return freight and any accidents on the way”
