Extremely disappointing experience. I purchased a set of 4 devotionals, and it took nearly a month for them to arrive. To make matters worse, all four contained text errors. It’s quite frustrating to consider giving something with spelling mistakes as a gift. Additionally, the support team is unhelpful — I spent $40, and their proposed compensation is just $3. This is unacceptable. I strongly advise against purchasing from this platform.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I've been misled by this service regarding an order I placed a month ago. They kept telling me it was shipped and provided a false tracking number from one country. Now, a month later, I received another tracking number from a different country. This is the worst service imaginable!
Delivered to the wrong address and then they tried to charge me again to resend my product after their error. I should have checked the reviews; it seems like a common scam they run. They send items to incorrect addresses, likely to their own associates, while I pay for the product and shipping. I suspect they resell the items collected by their people. AVOID ORDERING FROM THEM.

The postal service notified me that I owe additional shipping because their postage was invalid. This is a complete scam. Someone is pocketing the shipping fees, and you may end up with extra charges to retrieve your order. Avoid dealing with this service.
