Do not buy here. I ordered something to find out it was half the price elsewhere. Stupid me.So I looked for a cancel order button. There is none, so I contacted customer support. Minutes after ordering. They asked me why i was cancelling. I told them honestly that it was half the price elsewhere (21 euro difference is a lot). The next day they tell me it can't be canceled and that I will just have to trust their product and judge it once it arrives... The order status is still unfulfilled, so they are not only trying to force something on me that I want to cancel, they also lied.I contacted them again through PayPal email, got sent to the same chatbox. Demanded my money back and wil take action via PayPal if they don't comply. They should be ashamed of themselves.They refuse to refund me and sent out the order anyway. I'll just have to try and refuse it cause it comes from China so sending it back myself will cost 22,50. (It's not from the USA like they make it look). Edit: After refusing and returning the package I clearly didn't want and asking them yet again for a refund they sent me this "We're so sorry about this.But please kindly understand that we can't receive the parcel,even though you refused the delivery. Thus, refund can't be supported." So not only do they refuse to cancel your order they also refuse to refund you. THEY ARE SCAMMERS ^^I'll just try to dispute this with PayPal or my bank.Edit 2:After months of paypal checking out my claim to get money back. They have refunded me in full, acknowledging my claim was true and the company was not in their rights to not refund. Thank you paypal for doing your job well!
