The sizes do not match UK standards. The XL fits like a child's size, and the 4XL is more like a size 14. I'm struggling to get a returns label and refund. Despite their first email promising to resolve my issues, I'm only receiving repeated emails asking me to reach out for more help. It's so frustrating! I've sent one last email stating that if they don't provide a returns label and refund, I'll escalate this to my bank as fraud. They request not to leave negative comments online, and it's clear why. They're a poor service!
