My old friend waffle black short sleeve T-shirt men’s on 07/02/2026 based on the website's claim that it was consistent in colour with the photos provided. Unfortunately, the item I received is dull, doesn’t hold a full colour and is of poor quality.
The advertising is highly misleading as the product in reality is dull, poor quality with white lines throughout. I have reached out to customer service to resolve this, but they have not responded. I would advise others to be cautious as the description does not accurately reflect the product.i have contacted the email address in the suppliers response numerous times since 21/02/2026 and they are yet to respond.
This feels like a scam! I placed my order before Christmas and still haven't received it. When I tried to track it, it showed it's stuck in Customs in Italy! I thought it was made in the USA. Their refund policy states it's valid "Within 15 days of purchase." I plan to report this as fraudulent!

The quality is comparable to low-end products. The photos are misleading. It's overpriced junk. I reached out to the company as soon as I received my items and got only an automated response. Five business days later, still no communication about my return, but they can respond to my review in 24 hours! Avoid this seller.
The sizes do not match UK standards. The XL fits like a child's size, and the 4XL is more like a size 14. I'm struggling to get a returns label and refund. Despite their first email promising to resolve my issues, I'm only receiving repeated emails asking me to reach out for more help. It's so frustrating! I've sent one last email stating that if they don't provide a returns label and refund, I'll escalate this to my bank as fraud. They request not to leave negative comments online, and it's clear why. They're a poor service!
