Absolutely awful ! Please if you have ordered from divan bed warehouse cancel and get your money back! I’ve waited two weeks for the bed to come after they gave me a date and have been sleeping on the sofa as thought the bed would turn up. The first day they turnt up with just the mattress! The delivery company said it would come the next day and wasn’t loaded into the van! Then they gave us a date 4 days ago cancelled work to stay in again never turnt up. Today gave us a time of 12-3 but then turnt up at 5:35 tried to say the footboard was the headboard! And tried leaving. It wasn’t until I told them multiple times they searched for it in the van. They then said ‘sorry we can’t take it upstairs’ as I live in a flat and said ‘we have so many deliveries to do’ refused to bring it up and put it together like I paid for! £600 down the drain, as I’ve put the bed up there are marks all over the headboard and footboard and the fabric has been stapled! You’d think for paying so much for the quality to be decent! I will be seeking legal advice and getting my money back but I urge everyone that has ordered from divan bed warehouse to cancel their order and get their money back! And to mention there is no way to get a hold of the companies! You sit on hold with music for 5 minutes and it cuts off. Never had an experience like this.
