Terrible service experience.

Terrible service experience. It seems they primarily operate as a delivery partner for another company (the contact numbers are quite similar). They provide delivery dates, confirm them, and then fail to show up, only to reschedule weeks later. This cycle continues endlessly. During one of my missed deliveries, I tracked them driving around the area for hours before they decided to abandon the delivery and head back, stopping for a break, all while my order was still marked as on track. The following day, I received a new delivery date three weeks later. I strongly recommend avoiding this service for your own peace of mind!

One star is too generous for this experience

One star is far too generous. Had I seen the reviews for this delivery service, I would never have chosen the bed provider. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE!!!!!!!

Stay away from this service! They clearly collaborate with another provider that is equally disappointing. The saying goes, you get what you pay for, and in this case, if it's cheap, there's usually a very good reason—namely, you won’t receive your order. AVOID!

Terrible experience with this company. They seem to exist solely as a delivery partner for another provider. They promise delivery dates, confirm them, and then fail to show up, only to reschedule weeks later. Their tracking showed them driving around the area without delivering my order. They even got close before deciding to leave. The next day, I received a new delivery date weeks away. Please avoid this service for your own sake!

What a frustrating experience!

What a frustrating experience! After three failed delivery attempts, I finally received my base. However, it was delivered by different individuals hired due to previous issues. I really wish I had read the reviews beforehand, but I am pleased with the product.

Delivery issues with poor communication

Delivery was canceled twice with very little notice, citing a postcode mix-up. I was supposed to receive my order today but got no calls, texts, or emails. I was on hold for an hour with no response, and tracking showed a late delivery. The service is terrible, and the overall experience is disappointing.

Helpful delivery team, but lacking communication

The beds were delivered by a friendly and helpful team. However, I can only give four stars because I expected text updates or tracking options, which were not available. Additionally, the customer service line was unanswered after a long wait.

Completely mortified by this service

You won’t receive your bed or any refund; they lie and then ghost you. It’s the biggest scam I’ve encountered. I wish I had read the reviews before falling for their Black Friday deals. After ordering in early November, I finally got a delivery date, but then they claimed I declined it, which was untrue. They kept changing their story and ignored my requests for clarification. The delivery time came and went with no updates. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially with Christmas approaching. I’m heartbroken and angry at myself for getting into this situation.

Frustrating experience with no delivery

I ordered a bed and mattress three weeks ago and was given a delivery time slot. However, it never arrived. Now I’m left sleeping on the floor with a newborn because I trusted they would deliver. The service is awful, and I can't reach anyone to discuss a refund.
