After reading the reviews, I was not very optimistic. My husband finished work to be home by 2 p.m., as the delivery window was scheduled for 2 to 5 p.m.When the delivery did not arrive, I attempted to call after 5 p.m., but was placed on hold. Like many others, I had begun to believe that the bed would not be delivered.At 6:50 p.m., I received a call from a private number informing me that they were half an hour away. Considering we were home for the evening, this was not too concerning, and I was relieved that the bed would arrive. The delivery men brought the bed to the room I had requested and were friendly. They still had four more deliveries to make and mentioned that the rain had caused some delays. While the service could be improved, I did not find it to be particularly bad. If I had not read the reviews, especially considering the storm we experienced today, I would not have been as concerned.
