I would seriously avoid, as other comments state, no way of getting in touch, they set a date and don't turn up, yesterday a miracle happened and I got my bed (divan bed warehouse) another company I wouldn't use again, my time slot yesterday was 1-3, they came at 6.30pm, no explanation, to be honest I don't know if the drivers have a clue about timings, this has caused so much stress, I know it's 'only a bed' but when you have commitments, it impacts everything. Lesson I have learned, use actual shops for as long as possible whilst we still have the choice, I used online to save time and maybe a little money but it wasn't worth it!
