Poor communication3 stars given as the delivery driver was polite and it did arrive on the day expected, but other than that a very frustrating experience:- Link to the tracker does not work, which worried me if it was a genuine company.- No one answers the phone at their office and then it just cuts you off. - Delivery time was 1-4pm but arrived nearer to 6pm. I had gone out at 5pm and had to rush back through traffic.If the communication was better, wouldn’t be so bad. This is the same as the bed company itself, Divanbedwarehouse.co.uk, who also do not answer the phone and are slow to respond to emails.
