It started well and i did get my bed but the lack of communication is terrible! I got my delivery day and time slot, accepted it via text and got a confirmation reply. I didn't get any tracking details at all though. My slot was 12pm-3pm and by 4.30pm it still wasn't here, I had no number for them so had to find them on Google, went on the website for the number but you get placed on hold for 5 minutes then it kicks you out, I tried 3 times. There's a tracking section on the website but they don't provide you with a tracking number to use the facility.I had to leave home at 4.30 to pick up my daughter and at 4.55pm I got a text saying on our way we'll be there in 16 minutes, here's your tracking link... what use is a tracking link when they're on their way? It's actually a really useful link because it says what stop you are and what stop they're at with a map showing exactly where the van is. If i'd have had that sent to me on the morning of my delivery or even at 12pm I wouldn't have thought they weren't coming. I had to get my neighbour to let them in my house when they arrived, whilst my mum was on route to sort them out, so we did get the bed thankfully. However what was the final kick in the teeth was that he asked my mum if he could use the toilet to which she said yes of course and he proceeded to have a sh*t in my toilet!
