Review Time
What I think of this company is they use the same blockbuster movie name for months, even after the movie finished filming, still there on their website 'looking for extras' so you get excited and become a paying member to apply, later you realise no one contacted you and you cancel, that's how they get their money. I paid in May because I wanted to apply for M3gan 2.0 and Superwoman, never had a call from production and I keep receiving emails from FS about these movies like these ads just came out and the filming hasn't even started! I dont think there is no movies, this is just so you register and hopefully stay in registered for a few good months.
Got deducted 107 euros by this scam website. Tried emailing, got response that there is no record with this email adress and that yearly subscription signed year ago. So if no record of my email adress how do they know I have signed up for yearly membership. Wrote 10 emails, asking to delete any subscriptions if there are any. Tried calling phone number but of course the one online is inactive. Of course a scam website. How can I please see that my membership subscription has been cancelled?
Consistent job listing updates, great range of productions for the No exp beginner to seasoned professional, great variety of producers as well as frequent offers with big production companies in Hollywood. Have not yet applied for any jobs yet but looking forward to trying it out!
Update 2024-06-16Have resend my dialog to Fame Street for investigating. I will keep my dialog here on Trust Pilot until I get my refund and are ensured that my subscription is canceled.Update 2024-06-11I have now finally received feedback from Fame Street, they have canceled my payment, and stating that it was due to an error at WorldPay.In the dialog I have written 4-5 mails to Fame Street with 1 reply then they stopped to answer, World Pay I got no reply from. Nothing happened before I startede to write on Trust Pilot. I have been asked by Fame Street to delete this entry, but I will not, as this describe a work around to get in contact with Fame Street :-) Fame Street and World Pay (the ones collecting the money) are pointing at each other, in how to cancel subscription / payment of Fame Street.Neither of them are replying to my mail requesting for help, on top of that I have seen serval times that my account have been downgraded to a none paying member for a periode of time (due to system errors) without getting a refund.
Biggest scam of all time ! I’ve asked for my subscription to be stopped and they stillContinue to take my money . No one has got back to me with numerous emails and when I look up how to end my own subscription & cancel monthly membership, it says click into my account and end subscription only for it to day canceling your subscription does not cancel any monthly membership. it doesn’t let me do this . Absolutely disgusting … I’ve tried to cancel my direct debit and it will not let me do so . They need to come back to or I will be reporting to the FCA . Never got anything from fame street with applying to many roles nothing ‘
Biggest scamThey’ve been taking money off my account for so many months, and I have emailed them to cancel my subscription and they told me they did, only to receive an SMS of more money being taken off. Haven’t been given a refund. I don’t have money for you to take. STOP STEALING MONEY
