You likely won't find a more honest customer in your life. I’m honest and not afraid to say the truth. This is the 2nd time i have used your services. Once in October of 2024 and again this October 2025. In 2023, i used a different company for the same service (my first year in charge of this) but they proved to be more concerned about showing off the novelties of their name. The communication throughout the experience was somber, to say the least. Very, uncaring feeling. Some items ending up not making the initial delivery and was asked questions about the items that were questionable themselves. If that wasn’t enough to bid them goodbye, the following certainly confirmed it; ordered a North Face winter hat, not a beanie but one that cuffs around. I pulled them out and it looked like the hats were small, medium, large, etc. A lot of them were completely shorter or taller than others. It’s like they were actual rejects from The North Face, and they sold them. I still have pictures; it was ridiculous. I said that to show the differences between them and Thread Logic. Just the fact of using your services the 2nd time around says a lot about Thread Logic, for me. I mean, I knew immediately after my 2024 order that I would use you again. I cannot think of anything that Thread Logic lacks that would improve anything. The only thing I can request is, and it would never stop me from using your services, carrying some other apparel brands. However, you all have great brands. Even if you never picked up another brand, everything you currently have is enough to keep me coming back. So please, keep up what you’re doing because it works for me. And about that other apparel brand, I’m requesting Fjallraven. Only because the first vendor I used in 2023 carried some of their clothing and I purchased a couple pieces. Although pricey, they are worth the money in my opinion. Thank you for your service and I look forward to many more transactions!
Excellent customer service. Angela was very communicative and answered all my questions. The jackets are affordable and good quality. My team loved them. The person who embroidered our jackets did an amazing job. I don't know the person's name, except for the initials 'PM', so shout out to them as well!
