ordered Jan 20 2026 It is now March 4 2025 and still not here I explained I needed them asap they keep promising they are on route here but they do not come I do not even know HOW they are coming or where from. I'm so disappointed in this company I hate to turn them in as fraud or scammers if they are legit but they are not giving me a choice
I have been charged 3 times instead of for one order on the 2nd of february.not happy .I am a pensioner.so hard to get in touch about refunds.i have received nothing. 3 amounts of $186.28 $144.89 and $134.54. please refund these amounts on my visa. Very disappointed in lack of feedback.
This service is untrustworthy. I canceled my order before it was dispatched last October, yet I still haven't received my refund. Although the support team has been polite in their emails, filled with excuses, no money has been returned. I've essentially lost £70. It's a complete scam.
