I recently ordered a print of my wife and me with “Est. 1983” as a Mother’s Day gift. When it arrived, I noticed it unfortunately read “Eat 1983,” which was pretty disappointing.I reached out to the company to let them know, and after a few emails, the owner personally responded and made it right. They reprinted the piece at no charge and shipped it out themselves. In fairness, the mistake was missed on both sides, including mine.I truly appreciate the way they handled the situation. Because of that, I wouldn’t hesitate to order more prints in the future and would definitely recommend giving them a try.
