My original portrait was sent in a brown envelope, which didn't fare well during transit, it arrived in poor condition. I contacted family present and without any hesitation they sent a second one in a very sturdy box. I'm delighted with the portrait and will definitely use this company again and recommend to others.

Website was extremely easy to navigate when deciding what picture to use. Ordering was a breeze. Fed Ex transposed numbers on the shipping address. I notified Familypresent via email and I received a quick answer. Picture was delivered. Recipient was very pleased, loves the picture of his favorite dog Duke. I will be ordering again from familypresent.

I received my beautiful watercolor today and wow !!y…

I received my beautiful print today from family present. I sent a picture in of our beloved fur baby. Family present turned it into a beautiful watercolor. I will definitely have more photos made into watercolor treasures of my pets. My husband and I wepped when we saw are watercolor print. It will bring us years of joy as our Sweet Little did.
