Bad ServiceI like the pajamas, but they don't back what they advertise on their website. They say "Happy Customer Promise" and "Free Return/Exchanges" . I needed to swap out sizes (package was unopened and NOT customized) - and they said they don't do exchanges, and offered me a discount on another pair of pj's.
