I ordered matching pajamas for my partner and me on November 18, 2025, for a Christmas party on December 19, 2025. I received an email confirming they were shipped on November 29, 2025, and they arrived in Ohio by December 13, 2025. Unfortunately, they have been stuck in a facility as of the evening of December 18, 2025. I have reached out to the company multiple times via calls, texts, and emails to inquire about the distribution center so I could pick them up, but I've received no response. While I understand the holiday season can be hectic, the lack of customer service is unacceptable. Now, I am left without pajamas and no refund.
