We only received part of our order, and when we contacted the support team, they informed us that the product would be shipped. However, we never received the missing item and are now being told we need to pay an additional $15 for shipping or we can only get a 50% refund for the missing product. We've spent several months trying to resolve this issue with customer support, but there's been no progress. I understand that mistakes happen, but I expect the company to take responsibility and rectify the situation. Unfortunately, after numerous attempts to resolve this, I am not optimistic that anything will be done.
