Warning - a deceptive and unsatisfactory company. I placed my order on November 30, assured it would arrive for Christmas without issue. It took them 18 days to process my order, and by December 24, it hadn't even reached the airport for shipping. When I complained, they only blamed the shipping company and ignored my questions about the long delay. I finally received the item, which was a $20 low-quality product, not even costume-grade, despite paying $94. I had to buy another gift because it didn't arrive for Christmas as promised. Very disappointing service.
