Caution - unreliable and disappointing service. I placed my order on November 30, assured it would arrive in time for Christmas, with no issues expected. However, it took them 18 days to process my order, and by December 24, it hadn't even reached the airport for shipping. When I raised my concerns, they merely blamed the shipping company and ignored my questions about the 19-day delay in dispatch. Eventually, I received the item, which turned out to be a $20 low-quality product, not even suitable for costume use, despite having paid $94. I had to find another gift since it didn't arrive in time for Christmas as promised. Extremely disappointing experience.

I bought a necklace as a Christmas gift. The site claimed delivery in 6 to 8 days. The day after I ordered, I was informed it was being prepared for delivery. After a few days, I emailed to ask if I could pay for faster shipping since it was for Christmas, but I received no response. The site still shows it as being prepared for delivery. I also ordered two dog collars weeks earlier, and they are still marked as being prepared for delivery. I will never shop with them again.
I ordered a hug ring and a hug necklace as a Christmas gift for my wife. The necklace arrived, but the ring was missing from the gift box. They appear to be overseas and don't disclose that information. On December 23, I finally received the item, which is quite cute. Therefore, I raised my rating to 3 stars, but they still need to improve their communication.
The poster I received was damaged, with rips and water stains, and threads hanging. I contacted them via email and chat, but it took three days for a response. I sent pictures and declined another offer since it took over 16 working days to arrive, and now I'm waiting for a refund with no confirmation of when that will happen.
I wouldn't even give it 1 star. The advertising is misleading. I ordered a family canvas that clearly shows it as a wrap-around type in the picture. I was disappointed when a tube arrived with the canvas inside. I tried to wrap it myself, but it proved difficult as they need to leave a 2-inch margin, causing some words to disappear. It would cost between £55-£65 to have it done. Avoid this company at all costs.
