I ordered a hug ring and a hug necklace as a Christmas gift for my wife. The necklace arrived, but the ring was missing from the gift box. I reached out immediately, but I have yet to receive any response. I've emailed four times total. I'm very disappointed with this company as they let me down for Christmas. No communication whatsoever, and I was unaware they were shipping from overseas. I would not purchase from them again.
