It's been ten days since I placed my order, and I haven't received any updates regarding preparation or delivery. I've sent emails with no response. They appear to be overseas and don't disclose that information. On December 23, I finally received the item, which is quite cute. Therefore, I raised my rating to 3 stars, but they still need to improve their communication.
