I bought a necklace as a Christmas gift. The site claimed delivery in 6 to 8 days. The day after I ordered, I was informed it was being prepared for delivery. After a few days, I emailed to ask if I could pay for faster shipping since it was for Christmas, but I received no response. The site still shows it as being prepared for delivery. I also ordered two dog collars weeks earlier, and they are still marked as being prepared for delivery. I will never shop with them again.
