Caution - unreliable and disappointing service. I placed my order on November 30, assured it would arrive in time for Christmas, with no issues expected. However, it took them 18 days to process my order, and by December 24, it hadn't even reached the airport for shipping. When I raised my concerns, they merely blamed the shipping company and ignored my questions about the 19-day delay in dispatch. Eventually, I received the item, which turned out to be a $20 low-quality product, not even suitable for costume use, despite having paid $94. I had to find another gift since it didn't arrive in time for Christmas as promised. Extremely disappointing experience.
