I placed an order on 10/29. Have emailed them several times to find out when it will ship. They have not replied to any of my emails. How can you run a business without customer service?? This is a gift for my parents 50th anniversary which is on 11/10.They have provided no indication as to when it will arrive and no response. Plus they have no # to reach them.
