I ordered a picture for my wife for Christmas on the 15th of December. It’s now the 28th and I’ve heard nothing. I was told 3-6 days before item is shipped. I now wish I hadn’t done business with them at all. Had to show my wife a picture of the item because I have no idea when/if it will arrive. Customer service is what makes or breaks a business like this and customer service is where they fail miserably. You can find everything they offer on other websites. I would recommend shopping around and going with someone else.
