Review Time
I'd been looking for someone to do a portrait of my little fur baby who passed away recently and I came across Jane and her team, was a little bit iffy how it would turn out but the portrait they done of her was exceptional, I then got intouch with her to see if she would be able to do another one of our 3 cats who had passed to help my son who has additional needs know that their all together again, that was breathtaking to see their wee faces all together, I'd be lying if said I didn't cry. Thank you again 💟
I ordered my portrait 15 days ago. Although everytime i WhatsApped the shop i got a reply. This is not the issue.The issue is that it states on the website its a 24 hour turnaround.I waited 15 days for my portrait. There was also a issue after 7 days of waiting, about the quality of the image to be poor. I had to message the shop to checkup on how my portrait was getting on.. it was only then that I was asked for another image, why wasn't I contacted days earlier?? Although I am happy with the portrait, I would never order from here again. I just found customer service to be poor, and the lie on the website about it being a quick turnaround.. when i waited 15 days, which i also had to chase up, I was not kept up to date with the progress of my portrait. Very unhappy with service.I ordered 26th november. Recieved december 12th.. only due to me chasing my order up twice.
I must of been abit if a pain with the questions lol so I respect the fact of them answering when they could, I'm so over the moon with my portait, they put together my dog which i currently have now with my dog who passed away, the work is amazing and il definitely be ordering again from here, again another one that i daw through facebook, invited friends and told and shown friends about them, even shared and tagged them on fb too for my fb friends to look at their page, overall really happy with the outcome, got them both perfectly as much as i got teary, ( not in a bad way) Many Thanks again
I ordered from this company 3 days ago, to which I received my order today. The portrait i got was off our late cocker spaniel (moose), wow Jane has done a fantastic job, our moose looks stunning. They are a fabulous company, keep you updated every step of the journey. You really couldn't ask for more. Definitely be getting more.
