I paid 19 EUR for MyHeritage transfer on 28-Apr and still HAVE NOT got the results until now. I sent an email to customer service on 26-May and it was written that I will receive a response within 72 hours. Unsurprisingly, I did not receive any response until now regarding my results so I know how unprofessional, unreliable and distrustful this company is. Don't waste your money for Family Tree DNA.
