I purchased FamiSafe with the expectation that it would provide safe and seamless parental control features. Unfortunately, during the setup process on my child’s iPhone, the “Remote Management” profile failed to install properly. After following the FAQ and reinstalling, the device became stuck on a configuration error screen and was completely unusable.Despite multiple attempts and hours of troubleshooting, the issue could not be resolved without performing a full factory reset — which led to unnecessary stress, wasted time, and complete data erasure. To make matters worse, the call and message monitoring features never worked either.This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I no longer feel confident using this product and would like to formally request a full refund for the purchase.
