Stupidly listened to google as needed a new tracking app for my daughter. Signed up and then read the reviews. If i had gone ahead amd messed up my daughters iphone like other ŕeviews, I would of been FUMING. Was advertised as PREMIUM DEAL £5.99 A MONTH. THEY HAVE TAKEN 1 PAYMENT OF £80.99 & ANOTHER FOR £8.99. WTF!!!
IF YOU MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE OF SIGNING UP AND THEN READING THE REVIEWS LIKE ME, GO THROUGH APPLE STORE OR PLAYSTORE, CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION AND REQUEST A REFUND.

Update: The company contacted me and were able to cancel my subscription and issue a refund for the most recent payment. The process was not easy, but in the end, the issue was partially resolved.Original 1* review: I have been billed twice for a service I have never used. I have no tracable subscription on any of my email adresses, Google, Facebook or AppleID, and therefore no means of cancelling a subscription. In these two years, it has been impossible to contact the company, as I have to log in to my non-existent account to get in touch with them about the product. The only response I have been able to get is AI messages telling me to that I need to log into my account to resolve the problem.

I purchased FamiSafe with the expectation that it would provide safe and seamless parental control features. Unfortunately, during the setup process on my child’s iPhone, the “Remote Management” profile failed to install properly. After following the FAQ and reinstalling, the device became stuck on a configuration error screen and was completely unusable.Despite multiple attempts and hours of troubleshooting, the issue could not be resolved without performing a full factory reset — which led to unnecessary stress, wasted time, and complete data erasure. To make matters worse, the call and message monitoring features never worked either.This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I have had a chance to test this and what i can tell you is the android side works well but the pc side is not very good right now.The pc side needs work the user of the pc can easy get more hours by disabling the wifi or lan then loging out then back in. Because the software does not have a internet connection it will make the software malfunction and it will assign more time 7h plus. Even if the internet is restored after this it will never update. The only way i got it to update is by using the user of the pc on the portal and changing somthing then saving it this forced it to sync and the time went back to zero. BUT the user can just reboot the pc or disable the internet again to get more time. Even if the lan or wifi is on IF the software loads before the internet has established it will brake it. The internet needs to be established for it to sync. BUT then again the user can just turn off the internet when time is up reboot or log off then on again and bang more time.
